1. Who provides the service
2eatfree is provided by [to be completed], VAT [to be completed], registered office [to be completed], email info@ariall.eu.
2. The service
2eatfree helps you find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice-cream shops and bakeries with gluten-free or vegan options near you.
Your first 10 days of use (days on which you search at least once) are free and need no account. To keep using it you need the yearly plan of €2.99, VAT included, paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. It lasts one year from payment and does not renew automatically: we email you a week before it ends. Except where the law says otherwise, a period already started is not refundable. City pages and venue pages remain available without a plan.
The information is declared by the venues, it is not a guarantee. We take it from what the venue publishes on its own website or what the manager writes in its listing. "Gluten-free" does not mean suitable for people with coeliac disease: if you have coeliac disease or an allergy, always ask the venue before ordering. When a venue says its options are not suitable for coeliacs, we show it.
3. Venue managers
Whoever runs a venue can claim its listing. We check the request before approving it. The manager is responsible for what they write and agrees to keep it true and up to date.
4. Venue subscriptions
Managers can buy a subscription that features the venue and shows the listing as verified, at the terms and prices shown at purchase. Payment is by card through Stripe or by bank transfer. It lasts the chosen period and does not renew automatically. Being featured does not change the gluten-free and vegan information.
5. Reports
Anyone can report wrong information. We never publish who reported it.
6. Where the data comes from
The list of venues comes from Overture Maps Foundation, licence CDLA-Permissive-2.0. Gluten-free and vegan options come from the venues' own websites, read following their instructions for robots (robots.txt). A venue that does not want to be listed can ask here.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for what venues declare, serve or change, nor for opening hours, prices or closures. Distances use your phone's location, which can be inaccurate.
8. Law
Italian law applies. Consumers keep the right to their local court.
