2. If you search for a venue
We do not keep your location. When you search "near me" your phone sends the coordinates only to work out distances; they are not stored anywhere, not even in the server logs. In "out and about" mode the comparison with nearby venues is done by your phone.
No account, no profiling cookies, no third-party analytics. Your browser only keeps your preferences (filters, radius, venues already notified) on your phone.
3. If you report an error or ask to remove a venue
We process what you write and, if you leave it, your email to reply. Closed reports are kept for 12 months.
4. If you manage a venue
To count your free trial days your browser keeps a random code that does not say who you are; on the server we keep only that code and the days on which you searched. If you buy the yearly plan we process the email you enter on Stripe, to activate it and send you the receipt and the renewal reminder. Legal basis: the contract.
For the manager account we process name, email, phone and billing data. Card payments are handled by Stripe: card data never reaches us. Accounting data is kept as required by law (10 years).
5. Venue data
We only publish business data the venue made public itself. If your venue does not want to be listed, ask here.
6. Where data is kept
On servers in the European Union. Email is sent through Microsoft 365. We never sell or share data.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object by writing to info@ariall.eu, and complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
